Each week you'll learn how to lose weight, gain energy and feel more confident in your changing body
Week 1
Prep Week
Set up your at-home fitness studio, take beginning measurements, start logging food in MyFitnessPal, learn how to take Erica's classes and more
Week 2
Hormone Education
Learn about 12 hormones that are changing during menopause, how they affect your body and your goals
Week 3
Nutrition Strategies through Menopause
Learn how to change your eating habits to maintain healthy muscle mass, lose weight and reduce menopausal symptoms
Week 4
Fitness Strategies through Menopause
Learn how to change your workout routine to lose weight, maintain a healthy heart and build muscle through menopause
Take unlimited classes (live or on demand) for the entire 40 days - if working out from home you will need at minimum:
1 pair each of light, moderate and heavy dumbbells, Swiss ball, mini bands
Week 5
Lifestyle Strategies to get Results
Learn how to manage stress, get better sleep and increase your energy
Week 6
Putting it all Together
Practice putting together everything you've learned in daily habits that will leave you feeling FIERCE. Take ending measurements
