1. What does success look like for you, and how has working with me helped you achieve it?

Success for me is being happy and healthy! Working out with Erica has helped me immensely in both

of these categories. Since starting this program with Erica I have become more consistent with my workouts which makes me feel healthier both mentally and physically. I have never once NOT felt better after a workout.

2. What were the biggest obstacles or challenges you faced before starting this program?

Before starting this program I found myself being tired all the time and just not feeling well in general. Knowing that I need to get in a routine and have a little more consistency in how I take care of myself. 

3. What does a typical workout week look like for you now? How does it compare to before you started?

My goal is to workout with Erica 3 times a week. I also walk 45 minutes every day with my dog and I try to get in at least one pilates class on the weekend. Before I started this program with Erica I was not consistent with workouts and would go months sometimes without working out at all.

4. What strategies or approaches have worked best for you on this journey?

I think that the most helpful thing has been consistency. Even if I don't feel up for working out on some days I just go anyway. 

5. Who have been your biggest supporters, and how have they influenced your success?

My husband has definitely been my biggest supporter. He wants me to feel my best and he always encourages me to get to my workouts no matter what. Also Erica has been a huge supporter when I am in the garage with her. She is always pushing me to lift heavier and stay on track with coming to classes. I really love having accountability. 

6. What do you love most about the programs and services Driven Fitness?

What I love most about the programs are that no two workouts have EVER felt the same, even after working out with Erica for almost a year. For me that is so important so I don't get bored! I also love the consistency that Driven Fitness offers with the schedule. 

7. How has this experience transformed your life—physically, mentally, or emotionally?

Working out with Driven Fitness has impacted me so much! My goal in the beginning was to be healthier overall and to be stronger. I have definitely gotten stronger since working out with Erica as I find myself reaching for heavier weights more often. I feel all around physically healthier too! Also, working out for me is huge for my mental health. It's so amazing how much better I feel after my workout, even if I had to drag myself there that day, and that feeling carries me throughout my day!

8. If you could share one piece of advice with someone considering this program, what would it

be?

If I could share one piece of advice it would be to just sign up! Just do it even if you are not sure or if you are worried that you can't do it. Every day you will feel stronger, healthier and more capable!
